Meet The Founders
Jases and Stacey Brown are the proud owners and founders of TechTel Systems, LLC. Their story began in the mid-1990s when Jases was stationed at Fire Control "A" School in Great Lakes, Illinois, and Stacey lived nearby. They met, fell in love, and were married in June 1997. After Jases completed his six-year service in the U.S. Navy, the couple moved back to his hometown of Bowie, Texas, to build their future together.
Jases quickly developed a passion for customer service, starting with the local cable company before spending the next 17 years at a regional IT firm. During that time, he gained deep, hands-on experience supporting businesses of all sizes with reliable technology solutions. In 2022, following the sale of that company, he set out to pursue new opportunities with a renewed focus on customer service.
In 2023, Jases and Stacey founded TechTel Systems after multiple local businesses reached out, frustrated by the lack of reasonable, dependable IT services in the area. What started as a mission to fill a clear community need has grown into a dedicated MSP committed to serving small and mid-sized businesses across North Texas.
